Punj Lloyd has a comprehensive equipment maintenance and repair facility at Banmore, Madhya Pradesh. Spread over 20,000 sq mtrs, the facility encompasses a repair workshop, tool room, inspection bay and testing bench.

• Repair Workshop: This features two repair bays, one equipped with a 40-tonne hoist crane, the other with a 10-tonne hoist crane. This workshop is capable of stripping, repairing and reconditioning all types of construction equipment.
• Undercarriage Repair Plant: Punj Lloyd’s 360-tonne Track Press WTC machine repairs all types of track chains, track roller, and carrier roller. Idler rebuilding machine can rebuild twelve roller or idlers in one shift. Tooling handles tracks of all machines from Cat D4 to Cat D10.
• Dynamometer: This SAJ Dynamometer ensures the quality and reliability of repairs of engines and transmissions from 50 HP to 350 HP.
• Dust-free Rooms: These rooms are used for the repair of high-precision components like engines, transmissions, hydraulic pumps and motors.
• Diagnostic Tools: Modern diagnostic tools and instruments like flow meter; pressure-testing machines are used to certify the performance parameters of different machines.
• Manpower: Skilled and experienced personnel are available to repair and recondition construction equipment. Regular trainings are imparted to persons to make them aware of the latest technologies & maintenance practices.
• Spare Parts Store: For timely availability of spares required in the repair of construction equipment, Punj Lloyd’s spare parts store is connected online with the corporate office and all project sites.
• Training Room: Training Room with projector & other facilities is available to impart regular trainings to Workshop & site personals. The trainings are conducted by internal & external faculties.
