Punj Lloyd Kazakhstan has its own base camp of area 80000 Sq. mtr. situated at Atyrau on the highway to Tengiz. This camp is being used for the storage / repair / maintenance & fabrication of Punj Lloyd Kazakhstan owned equipment.

Key features of base camp facilities include :

Repair Workshop
Base camp has a Repair Workshop of Area 480 sq. mtr. well equipped with the heating arrangements to make comfortable working temperature when the ambient temperature is below -35 deg cel. This shop enables us to repair all types of construction equipments we have such as Crane, Dozer, Side Boom, vehicle etc.

Second shed of size 480 sq. mtr. for repair workshop is under construction , which will take care of all electrical equipment separately.

Storage area
About 20000 sq meter area is earmarked for storage of equipment and it is further sub divided as under:

• 10000 sq meter is for ready equipments
• 5000 sq meter is to attend break down equipments.
• 3000 sq meter for disposable equipment.
• 2000 sq meter for scrap / waste product yard

Engine, Transmission & Hydraulic repair room
This is a well insulated and dust free room where the repair of high-precision components like engines, transmissions, hydraulic pumps and motors are being carried out.

Machine shop
This shop is having facility of Lathe, Grinding Pillar Drill and Sheet Rolling machine which enable us to make fabricate or repair difficult components required for the repairing of construction equipment.

Diagnostic Tools Kit
For performance check, Diagnostic tools like Flow Meter, Pressure measuring complete portable kit, Tachometer etc. are available by which different parameters are being checked to compare the OEM standard of the Equipment.

Hose Crimping and Testing Machine
This facility is being used for crimping and testing of High-pressure hydraulic hoses upto dia 50mm.

Manpower
Skilled and experienced personnel (Expats and Local national) are available to repair and recondition construction equipment. Regular trainings are imparted to persons to make them aware of the latest technologies & maintenance practices.

Training Room
Training Room with projector & other facilities is available to impart regular trainings to Workshop & site personals. The trainings are conducted by internal & external faculties.

Spare Parts Store
Warehouse of area 480 Sq. mtr, well insulated and fire proof for storage of Spare Parts is available in base camp. One more warehouse of same capacity is under construction for the storage of project materials.

Fabrication shop facilities
The fabrication shop of area 480 Sq. Mtr. undertakes the fabrication of piping / structures for the ongoing projects.
