We respect our world and the people who live in it and so we commit ourselves to giving more than we take.

At every project site, the Punj Lloyd team uses eco-efficient technology and insists on leaving as little construction evidence as possible. In doing so, we have discovered archaeological sites, restored rivers and protected rare plant species.

In the surrounding communities, we improve infrastructure, building roads and providing water and electric facilities. We organise free medical check ups, recruit and train local people and provide them with better employment opportunities than they would otherwise have had.

Other community projects include providing education to children – particularly girls – and raise awareness of social issues including HIV and AIDS.

We were the first corporate to fund the Indo-US Corporate Initiative for HIV and AIDS and recently constructed Medicity, a multi-specialty medical institute we have constructed in Gurgaon, India.
