From Libya to Kazakhstan, Turkey to Indonesia, Punj Lloyd has laid more than 10,000 km of onshore and offshore pipelines for the world’s major Oil & Gas conglomerates. 

The company earned itself the title of ‘All Terrain Specialists’, having laid large diameter pipelines ranging from rocky mountains and deserts to tropical rainforests and swamps, in temperatures ranging from -50° C to +50° C. 

An ever increasing fleet of pipeline equipment including Pipelayers, Automatic Welding Sets, Pipe Benders, Horizontal Boring machines, Excavators, Dozers enables us to simultaneously manage as many as 26 spreads simultaneously. We are one of the few EPC companies internationally to have laid 48” diameter gas pipelines. 

It is owing to our environment friendly technologies like Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD), that we could master the marshes of the Mahakam Delta in Indonesia. Owning four Maxi rigs for HDD, Punj Lloyd has laid pipelines under expressways, railways, rivers, shore approaches, creeks and canals in crossings of over 92,295 m in length globally.

Our efforts to always protect the environment around us saw us lay pipelines without disturbing the 1000 year old subterranean canals in Oman, save tiger cat cubs on the right of way in Malaysia and protect archeological relics in Geogia.
